Biography
Jackie has appeared in numerous movies, television sitcoms, comedy bits and commercials. Jackie is slotted for the leading role in the upcoming feature film Tomorrow Today produced by his Billionaire Brotherhood (BBH) comrades, 50 Cent and Floyd “Money” Mayweather. Jackie Long (actor/comedian) was born to entertain. Growing up in southern California he knew early in life that he wanted to share his comedic gift with the world. “I was the class clown growing up, the one who always made people laugh,” says Long. So with that bright sense of humor and boyish smile Long’s career started to flourish soon after high school. He paid his dues doing it his way. He often tells the story of how he worked his way through the ranks of the Hollywood matrix. Living by his mantra “Always do what you do best and that stay blessed." Long continues his rise in the entertainment industry with his charismatic persona.
Long has appeared in a number of movies, television sitcoms, comedy bits and commercials including Hurricane Season with Forest Whitaker, Soulmen, with the late Bernie Mac, Isaac Hayes and Samuel L. Jackson. Other past films include Love Wrecked with Amanda Bynes, Love for Sale with Mya, ATL with rap artist TI, Evan Ross & Lauren London, which was produced by Will Smith, The Comebacks with Nick Searcy, Carl Weathers, Melora Hardin and Mathew Lawrence and Idlewild with Big Boi and Andre 3000 of Outkast. Jackie has done a slew of commercials for Toyota, McDonalds, KGB, Nike, US Army, Al Gore’s “We” Campaign, Honda, Sprite and Cingular.
Jackie Long’s passion for life, laughter and people reflects in his private life as well. “I really enjoy helping others. I’ve been working with his charitable organization, Think Green Worldwide, where he is an advocate of an “eco-friendly lifestyle.” Recently, Jackie has joined forces with the NAACP and The Achievement Academy to encourage the youth to strive for excellence.
